We take the very latest Volkswagen Crafter base vehicle direct from Volkswagen, and craft a vehicle that is everything that you would want it to be. Premium, refined, not too ostentatious but absolutely fully-featured. Quality materials and workmanship where we’re proud of our product and build it to last a lifetime. Yes, we’re building a campervan, but really we’re opening up a whole new world of possibilities for you. If you’ve previously enjoyed van-life, you’ll likely already be extolling the virtues to anybody that will listen – so give us a try, and see if we can’t show you something a little Ultra.

Aftersales

We’ll be here if you need us..

  • While we do our best to make sure you leave us confident with your new Ultravan, we also know you’ll have questions. We make time to ensure that Aftersales calls are handled as effectively as our Pre-Sales contact
  • Emergency ‘Out of Hours’ text and email response for any unforeseen queries while out and about, or slower time response for that question you’ve been meaning to ask!
  • We want to make sure you feel supported and safe while enjoying your new Ultravan, and that means making sure you have access to backup and resources from our Team.  We’ll only be too pleased to help

 

 

Peace of Mind.

We’re no fly-by-night outfit! We take the important things seriously – giving you the reassurance you need to think with your heart, and feel confident that we’ve done the head-thinking for you!

  • 2 year Ultravans Warranty on all aspects of our build and workmanship
  • VW Vehicle Warranty (up to 3 years depending on base vehicle date of registration)
  • All Electrical and Gas Installations are Inspected and Certified by a suitably Qualified (external) Engineer
  • Ultravans are a Volkswagen Group ‘Registered BodyBuilder Partner’
  • Third-party supplied components (appliances etc.) retain min. 12 months manufacturers warranty, which we service on your behalf
  • We’re insured up to £2m Liability covering you should the worst happen. (It won’t).
