First port of call is to have a chat with one of our friendly team. We’ll give you a walkthrough of how things can work – we hope you’ll find it’s refreshingly simple! But we want it to work for YOU, so be prepared to be in the driving seat!
There are two routes to purchasing an Ultravan:
- Purchase an existing stock vehicle, or
- Reserve a vehicle that will be built at a future date. This may be on a base vehicle that we are due to receive, or a new factory base vehicle we order for you specifically. We have a rolling delivery of new stock vehicles arriving during the year, so please get in touch to see what we have available for you
Future Build Dates
When we know what we’re building on, we can take a look at our signature layout options (ULTRA:Series) and see how we can amplify it to bring in any subtle tweaks. We don’t deliver completely bespoke designs from the ground up, but we can certainly discuss modifications to our defined layouts to suit your needs. We have a selection of layouts available for 2-3 berth vehicles.
Simple Payment Process
If you decide to place an order with us, you’ll likely want to understand how the payment process works. Unsurprisingly, it’s refreshingly straightforward:
- You Reserve your Build Slot with a small Holding Fee of £5,000
- The first milestone payment is the difference between your Reservation fee and 50% of the total invoice value, and is due approx. 12 weeks before your expected build completion
- The remainder on or just before Collection day itself
Tailoring your Ultravan to suit your lifestyle
Maybe you’d like another USB port by your bed? Maybe you’d like the BBQ connection point further toward the rear? Fancy some quilted leather on the cab seats? or an upgrade to LED headlamps? Possibly you need an extra-deep drawer for Fido’s food bag? – whatever it is, these kind of bespoke customisations are no problem for the team. We’ll listen intently to these needs, and we’ll capture them on your order so that we’re all clear. Consider it done.
Fabrics, Cushions, Colour-ways and Trims
One of the most exciting for many of our customers is the ability to really put their stamp on their Ultravan.
Options to choose from, including:
- Almost unlimited Interior wood finishes – choose from our tried-and-tested pre-matched combinations, or really get creative!
- 15x Worktop choices
- Gloss Black, Gloss Silver, machine polished Alloy Wheels or something else of your choosing!
- Almost unlimited seat fabric choices and stitching

Accessories and Recommended Services
This isn’t the hard-sell. We just want to make sure you get the best out of your Ultravan, so we’ll offer you the option for Ultravans to kit out your van with a variety of bits and pieces to get you off to a great start. A gas BBQ, Bedding, Crockery etc. We have so much experience so why not ask us to have your van equipped ready for you on collection? We’ll offer this at no extra cost than you could source yourself.
